I am very happy with this original creation, although I am not a smoker and therefore have no experience with cannabis, I still smell a relative smell because I have already had this impression in a festival in Brussels located in a metro exit disused, where the atmosphere was perfectly described with the songs of Bob Marley.

Maybe because it’s the oil it doesn’t project as much (I get arms length) but I think it’s pretty safe to wear to most occasions. Ionones have very powdery, clean, violet like, raspberry like smell xD, Ambrettolide smells very clean, cold, crisp and berry like. you will find on the bottom of every bottle the name nasomatto engraved on the four edges of the bottle's bottom . The statement that one spray is too much is spot on and maybe should come with a dipper rod to dab just a drop or two on you instead of coming with a spray. However, as far as "challenging" fragrances go, Black Afgano is honestly one of the more tame within the Nasomatto lineup.It smells strongly of raspberries, with a touch of plum, and it adds another source of sweetness to counter the darker elements. It stayed on skin for long, but it was all the time faint, it evolved at some point in fact, but still into something rather generic and unremarkable.

something about the balancing of the different notes and accords here just brings a smile on my face; reminding me of waking up after a night of drinking, and lighting some incense in the bedroom to mask the smell of something we may or may not have taken (its still ilegal in my home country) mixed in with the musky and musty smell of the previous evening’s steady night cap. A mysterious blend between oud and the cannabis leaf makes it very inquisitive and unique, suitable for people who like incense style fragrances and more into the middle eastern style of perfume, woody, dry, and sharp, also suitable for the alternative people. Leans extremely masculine, id only recommend this for a women if she's in a leather jacket partying giving off a fun baddie vibe, or hardcore hipster. Black Afgano is more woody, earthy and the oud is stronger than Pardon , where this provides more dark chocolate notes.An opaque black water is captured in a bottle made in Italy, with a cap made of burnt oak wood in reference to the resin that is burnt and slowly consumed.

Both fragrances only felt noticeable for a mere, solitary, wholly abysmal hour, so even the soft, minimally projecting Black Afgano is a step up in that regard. The current formulation is not only tamer but the color is also not as black as it used to be and more of a semi-transparent purple. Regardless i do not agree with most negative comments about the fragrance it is just a very special smell.

I get coffee, incense, ambroxan, iso-E super, amber and a good healthy dose of medicinal, skanky-ish oud. The swirl of dark, smoky, chewy, wood, incense, labdanum, and tobacco notes have something else underlying them. and i woke up with still a light stain on my brown skin where i sprayed it and could still smell it there.

Like the rest of the Nasomatto extraits, it is highly concentrated, but BA wears closer to the skin than Nudiflorum for example. As soon as I smelled it the nostalgia it bought back was of Arab, Mosque, Desert, Sand, Toab (arabian dress). I've not used this too often, mostly because it's too overpowering but I wore it to a job interview and we ended up talking about perfume for half of it. I would give it a 8/10 just because i do not find a lot of occasions to wear it and it is a hit or miss but despite that when it works it works extremely well plus it is.
