Net-Trol can be used neat or diluted up to a maximum of 1:4 with clean water depending on surface condition. Usage: cleaner and brightener restores grey, weather-beaten exterior wood that is unfinished to its natural colour. Wet surface with fresh clean water. Apply Owatrol Net-Trol. Leave to work for 10 minutes. Scrub surface with a soft or medium scrubbing brush. Rinse with large amounts of fresh clean water. Easy to apply, Dilunett dissolves paint in even the smallest of recesses and the finest of details, softening all the layers for a simple and clean removal. After stripping and rinsing, surfaces must immediately be treated with Net-Trol while still wet to neutralise the surface.

Maintenance

After stripping and cleaning, allow the wood to dry for 2-3 good drying days before applying Deks Olje D1. D1 may only be applied to bare wood surfaces or a weathered wood surface that was previously finished with Deks Olje D1. All other finishes must be completely and thoroughly removed first. If necessary sand the surface after cleaning and/or stripping (100 grit paper). New wood Net-Trol is fast-acting and easy to apply. It can work in just 15 minutes and can be applied with a brush or roller. Unlike bleach or chlorine-based cleaners, it is not harmful to the fibers of the wood. It is also harmless to plants and shrubs so it can be safely used in your yard. Net-Trol is water-based and so can simply be rinsed with water and a brush or a pressure washer. It will save both time and effort when cleaning and restoring colour to wood by effortlessly removing both the surface and ground in dirt in as little as 15 minutes without the need for sanding. Net-trol is also biodegradable and does not contain solvents or bleach meaning it’s not harmful to plants and shrubs so it’s safe to use in the garden.

Allow to dry for 48 hours or until it meets the moisture content required by the chosen finish before finishing Interior – Sand wood with 100 grit paper to open the pores, dust off and degrease the surface with methylated spirits.Remove Dilunett and dissolved paint with a stiff nylon scrubbing brush or paint scraper while flushing with water. It effortlessly removes both surface and ground in dirt leaving the wood looking bright and vibrant. Clean all tools and equipment with white spirits while still wet. If allowed to dry, remove with paint stripper. Wipe up any drips or runs immediately with a cloth soaked in white spirits. Dried Deks Olje D1 may be removed with Dilunett. Store and maintain equipment as directed by manufacturer. PROPERTIES

Note: Hardwoods including exotic hardwoods and woods rich in tannins (i.e. Cedar, Douglas Fir, Teak, Ipe) may darken with Aquanett and Dilunett. Neutralising with Net-Trol immediately after rinsing will lighten and restore the woods colour. Application tools Rinse with copious amounts of freshwater, using the highest pressure from the water source available or use a Power Washer at 500-1000 psi (35-70 bars) working in direction of grain. (Rinse adjacent areas at same time).

Shop item collections (treatments, fixings) these do not need to be pre-booked you can just turn up and pay in normal working hours. Deks Olje D1 is suitable for use on hardwood and softwood and has been specially developed for dense, oily and difficult to impregnate woods. You can use Deks Olje D1 on both horizontal and vertical surfaces and it provides protection against humidity and its effects as well as against damage from UV rays. It is safe to use on all exterior wood types and is also an excellent degreaser for use on tropical hardwoods to allow finishes like Deks Olje D1 to penetrate. Net-Trol can remove stains caused by tannin bleed and will remove all traces of weathering caused by mildew, pollution and UV rays. Why should I use Net-Trol? Leave to stand for around 10-20 minutes. If the surface starts to dry, dampen with a mist application of water.

After rinsing ALWAYS neutralise surface with Net-trol except where Tropitech is the chosen finish (see “After stripping/cleaning”). Do not use a wire brush to scrub the surface.
