Yes, you know I’m a big fan of games that test your morals, and Web of Shadows is no different. Will you opt for the tendril terror of the symbiote or the the web of justice? The ending sees Spider-Man successfully thwarting Venom’s plan to take over Manhattan but at great cost. Gwen Stacy dies after being thrown off Oscorp Tower by Venom whereas Peter barely saves Mary Jane from falling off herself (the same event which kills Gwen). Ok so the most obvious different between the ps2 and ps3 version were the graphics. I understand the fact that ps3 had better graphics cause its a more advanced system, so that never confused me. But what did confuse me was why Spider-man 3 on the ps2 had noticeably worse graphics than spider-man 2 on the ps2. SM3 came out like 3 years later, shouldn't they be better or at least the same? Pros: The scale of the city is great and being able to freely explore subways and the sewers was a welcome addition. The number of interiors with no loading times is very impressive too Spidey's swinging animations have some work put into it. The QTEs too have some of the most exciting looking set pieces animation wise
